You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse RingNab, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation of the service, or use the service to send unlawful or abusive communications.

Third-Party Services

RingNab may integrate with third-party services, including telecom or AI providers. Their separate terms and policies may also apply.

Intellectual Property

RingNab and its underlying software, branding, and content are owned by RingNab or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer Of Warranties

RingNab is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RingNab is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if needed to protect service integrity, users, or legal compliance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
